Getting Strong Now

  • Swimming 5 times a week. Right now I’m just doing 8 lengths - increasing 2 each week. (can’t over-exert my shoulder)
  • 1 hour of Rehab excercises 5 times a week. I highly suggest against breaking your back or tearing the labrum (shoulder cartiledge).
  • Starting next week - Yoga 3 times a week.

    Gonna be fit as a fiddle, and live till I’m 111.5 just like my dad.

    Not that anyone who reads this actually cares, but I figured it’ll help me stay on track by writing it down.
